“Our stay in Anastasios' place was an incredible experience. Although I have booked the place 2 days before our stay, the communication was within minutes and everything was handled perfectly. The pictures of the place do not do justice, and the apartment is very spacious, and literally a few meters from the sea. The apartment is sparkling clean, they changed our linens on the 3rd day. The amenities are plentiful. The balcony spacious itself, has a direct view on a stunning sunset overseeing the mount Athos and Kavala. Anastasios and his family as hosts are very professional and the meaning of the greek word Philoxenia - literally translated as “friend to the stranger”. We even got plums that they handpicked from their own garden. Do not shy away from asking them for recommendations where to eat, drink or swim and visit. The house is located one road down from the main road of Thassos as it passes from Skala Sotiros. It is also a few meters away from a very small and cozy beach bar run by an equally friendly couple. It is also nearby a small tavern with a lot of different food options. It is within walking distance from shops, restaurants, snackbars and cafes. "We were looking for a quiet place without crowds so we booked this house. The house is exactly as described by Tasos. Clean and equipped with new amenities. Beatiful garden with fruit trees. (wave sounds are still in my ears) More importantly Tassos is a kind and helpful host (also his family). “The house has a great sea view all the day long even at night. We stayed as a family and really enjoyed. Proper sandy beaches are really close. It was such a relaxing holiday with the kids since the sea is shallow enough.There is one small shop in walking distance. The area is enjoyable, safe and quiet. The house is very well furnished.
